Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: 

Some items ship in 3-5 weeks due to international sourcing. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that some factors are outside our control.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Increased demand during holidays

Important Note About Split Shipments:

To reduce the risk of customs fees, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. This means your items could arrive at different times. If your entire order doesn’t arrive at once, don’t be concerned—the remaining items will be on their way soon.

American Customers: Please note that as of 2/4/25 tariffs are imposed on all imports from China. Your package may be subject to additional customs inspections, delaying delivery. As well, your package may be subject to customs fees, taxes, import duties, or otherwise that are associated with importing the product. Weirdplush is not responsible for these fees. If you receive a customs fee notice, please reach out to your local customs office for guidance.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5% processing and restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. 

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once received and inspected, refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged Items

If your plush arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a free replacement or full refund.
